You work closely with clients after they adopt Omnidots' solution. What success story would you love to share?
🎙️ One story immediately comes to mind: one of our earliest customers who embraced new technology and became their country's largest vibration monitoring player. This customer has taken on significantly more projects than before, thanks to the efficiency gains provided by the Omnidots solution. What advice would you give someone just starting with vibration or sound monitoring?

How can visitors ensure they get the most out of a quick demo at our booth?
🎙️ Contacting us beforehand is always helpful, as it gives us insight into the type of demo you're interested in. At INTERGEO, conversations are typically brief rather than hour-long discussions. By knowing your interests in advance, we can focus on what's truly relevant for you instead of overwhelming you with too much information in a limited timeframe.
What is your perception of how customers experience Omnidots' customer service?
🎙️ Overall, the feedback is really good. We always aim to provide customers or other people who contact us with a personal approach and not give them the feeling that they are talking to a bot. This personal approach is always much appreciated, both in terms of sales and support. It not only allows us to create a deeper relationship with the other person, but it also allows us to get a better understanding of the problem.
What is your favorite story?
🎙️ One story worth mentioning was guiding a customer with a large fleet of competing monitoring devices through a seamless transition to Omnidots. Since switching, this customer has significantly expanded their market share. This is not only a compliment to our team, but demonstrates how Omnidots tailors solutions to each customer's specific situation. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, ensuring the transition experience is as smooth as possible for every (potential) customer.
