Meet Lucas: Delivering the support customers can rely on

As Omnidots continues to grow across North America, great technology is only part of the equation. Fast deliveries, responsive technical support, and reliable hardware service are just as important to keeping monitoring projects running smoothly.

That is where Lucas comes in.

As our new Technical Operations & Support Specialist, Lucas supports customers across North America with technical questions, order fulfillment, hardware repairs, and RMA processing. Whether customers need help troubleshooting a device, replacing hardware, or getting equipment ready for their next project, his goal is simple: make the process as easy as possible.

Twenty years of solving technical problems

Lucas brings more than twenty years of experience in technical support and hardware repair. Throughout his career, he has worked directly with customers, diagnosing software and hardware issues while making sure people stay informed throughout the process.

For Lucas, technical knowledge is only half the job.

That customer-first mindset is one of the reasons Lucas joined Omnidots. He was immediately drawn to Honeycomb's intuitive approach and the opportunity to support technology that simplifies environmental monitoring rather than making it more complicated.

Outside of work you'll likely find him hiking, camping, restoring electronics, or enjoying a cup of coffee while watching classic Star Trek.
