At this fast-growing scale-up, you will take the lead as COO of the team building a scalable international operation. You will play a key role in laying the foundation for our growth ambition, with a focus on expansion into the US and Germany.

What will you do?

As COO, you will translate the growth plan into processes, systems, structures, and a strong team. You will make production and support scalable, implement international logistics, ensure quality, and establish the right supply chain. Certifications are a key requirement in this process. By doing so, you will lay the foundation for our ambition to become the market leader in global construction site monitoring.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop the operational framework to support the expansion of our sensor portfolio, international sales hubs in the US and Germany, and the development of an open platform with AI functions.
• Lead the back office: Procurement, Service, and Production with external partners.
• Create scalable processes and systems for international growth.
• Establish the supply chain and logistics operation with a focus on local hubs.
• Operationalize new propositions.
• Develop compliance, quality, and security standards for scalable growth.
• Set up operational dashboards and a KPI structure.
• Shape the onboarding structure and knowledge management processes.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve accelerated growth and market expansion.

Candidate Profile

You are a natural and people-oriented leader who scales processes without losing the company culture. You maintain a clear overview, transition seamlessly between operations and strategy, and prepare organizations for international growth. With your communication and analytical skills, you strengthen teams.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain or operations within an international environment.
• Experience with scaling, platform growth, and ERP/CRM implementations.
• Leadership experience in a scale-up.
• Familiar with supply chain orchestration, outsourcing, and quality assurance.
• A strong process-oriented thinker and change manager.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages; German is a plus.
• Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's) level of working and thinking.
