About the role
As a Sales Development Executive (SDE), you are responsible for the initial phase of our commercial growth. You have a natural ‘sales-hunter’ mentality and you are our door opener in key international markets such as DACH and France. You don't wait for opportunities; your self-igniting spirit identifies them and start the conversation. Your goal is to build a high-quality pipeline. You are a professional sparring partner who can explain the benefits of our platform-first approach to business owners and technical directors.
You'll be part of a commercial team where results matter, communication is direct, and your contribution to revenue growth is clearly visible.
What you will be expected to do
- Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively call potential customers (warm and cold leads)
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Initialize Relationship Building
- Build trust with customers through frequent, clear, and enthusiastic communication
- Represent Omnidots professionally and convincingly in every interaction
- Documentation & CRM
- Accurately document customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
- Ensure transparency and alignment with sales and customer success colleagues
Requirements & skills
Hard requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- German and/or French is required (spoken is essential); mastering both is a very strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, and international B2B outbound calling is essential
Soft skills
- Strong verbal communicator who enjoys calling and engaging with people
- Persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections
- Proactive mindset with commercial awareness
- Resilient, energetic, and motivated by targets and results
- Team player who collaborates easily with sales and customer success colleagues

- Range: €3.400 - €5.000
