About the role

As our new Purchasing & Logistics Specialist, you will ensure our global inventory management runs smoothly. In this key role, you'll maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee swift product delivery to customers worldwide. This dynamic position offers a perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on logistics management. 

Type of employment: Full-time, Part-time, Prospect of permanent position
Salary: €2,600.00 - €4,000.00 per month
Expected number of hours: No less than 32 per week
Work location: Physical
Language: Dutch (Required) and English (Required)
Expected start date: 01-08-2025

What you will be expected to do

• Maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate production batches in both the Netherlands and the United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all suppliers.
• Handle production issues proactively.
• Keep the company informed of key updates regarding timelines and stock levels.
  

Requirements & skills

• Positive attitude, problem ownership, and a drive to succeed.
• Proven ability to work in teams and deliver results; a true team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in purchasing and/or production management is a plus.
