We’re looking for an embedded hardware engineer who enjoys developing real, working hardware products used in demanding environments. In this role, you focus on how sensing, electronics, mechanics, and constraints come together in reliable, measurable systems.
You’ll work on a growing range of embedded hardware products, including sensor units, calibration setups, accessories, and new sensor platforms currently in development. You take responsibility for how these products behave in practice: measurement quality, robustness, power usage, communication, calibration, and long-term stability.
Omnidots is a market leader pioneering technologies that save our customers valuable time while drastically increasing their efficiency. We are the only provider in the industry offering a fully integrated and automated solution to directly perform and analyze vibration and noise measurements in construction. We take pride in being at the forefront of innovation, continuously pushing boundaries and setting industry standards.
We take pride in fostering a work culture that promotes collaboration and where creativity and initiative are valued!
You’ll join the hardware team responsible for the end-to-end behavior of multiple hardware products. This includes electronics, sensor selection, mechanical integration, and how design decisions affect measurement, usability, and manufacturability.
The role combines hands-on engineering with applied R&D:
You work independently on well-defined subsystems and contribute to broader product-level decisions.
If you love building high-impact tests, validating complex systems end-to-end, and helping ship reliable software, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀
